Luke Chueh is a Los Angeles–based painter and designer known for blending pop surrealism with dark emotional storytelling. His signature “cute yet tragic” style often features anthropomorphic animals, especially his iconic bear, caught in vulnerable or absurd situations. Exhibited internationally, his work has also been adapted into sought-after designer toys with Munky King, Kidrobot, and Mighty Jaxx, including the acclaimed Possessed. Chueh’s imagery extends into music and pop culture, notably with the cover art for Fall Out Boy’s Folie à Deux.
